I respect your privacy, as such your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than communicating with you and fulfilling your order. I assure you that your information will never be shared, sold, transferred, or given to any third party without your consent.
Due to the nature of my work, your painting may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Delivery & Return Information

Each piece I create is unique and made with care. Due to the nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure you're fully confident in your purchase before placing an order.
For all international orders, the customer is fully responsible for arranging and managing courier services. This includes booking, paying for, and tracking the shipment. I will safely package the artwork and notify you when it’s ready for collection or dispatch, but I do not handle or organise international shipping myself. Any customs duties, import taxes, delivery delays, or courier-related issues are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. I am not liable for any problems that may arise once the artwork has left my care.

Usage Rights and Reproduction
All paintings and artworks created by me are subject to copyright protection. Without my clear, written consent, you may not print, copy, reproduce, or use my work in any form, whether for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes. Any unauthorised use of my artwork is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
